Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Isha Foundation, I have had the opportunity to manage multiple social media accounts for the non-profit organization. My work included team management, performance reporting, and social media marketing, among other responsibilities. Here are some highlights of my work:

Team Management & Performance Reporting: I led a team of volunteers and was responsible for their performance. I also created and shared monthly digital marketing performance reports with my team lead to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Social Media Marketing: I was responsible for handling four or more social media accounts for the organization, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Sharechat. I executed various campaigns to promote Isha Foundation’s mission of offering technologies for well-being to people. As a result of these efforts, we achieved a subscriber growth of 200 K in 2 years on YouTube and 100 K followers on Facebook.

SEO: I also worked on improving our online presence by performing a YouTube SEO audit to identify areas for improvement. By focusing on these areas, we were able to achieve a stable YoY growth of 52% in the number of video views on Facebook and YouTube.

Copywriting: I was responsible for creating compelling and engaging copy for social media posts and campaigns. This involved understanding our target audience and crafting messaging that resonated with them.

Video Editing: I was involved in editing videos for social media channels such as youtube, facebook and Instagram Reels

Handled operations of video streaming platform Sadhguru Exclusive: I also handled the operations of our video streaming platform, Sadhguru Exclusive. This involved managing the platform’s content and ensuring a smooth user experience for our subscribers.

Overall, my work at Isha Foundation has given me valuable experience in team management, social media marketing, and digital marketing. I am confident that my skills and experience can help drive the growth of any organization’s social media presence.
